The People Behind Your Financial Clarity

We're Kaz and Rhett – two people who got tired of the same old budgeting advice that never quite fit real life. So we built something different.

Why We Started julavernosian

Back in 2019, we were both struggling with our own money habits. Not because we didn't earn enough, but because traditional monthly budgets felt impossible to stick to.

Life doesn't happen in monthly chunks. Bills come out at weird times. Paychecks arrive weekly. And trying to track everything in a spreadsheet? That lasted about three weeks before we gave up.

That's when we started experimenting with weekly budgeting. Small enough to feel manageable. Short enough to see results quickly. And flexible enough to adjust when things don't go to plan.

Co-Founder & Budget Systems

Former accountant who realized most people don't need complex financial plans – they need simple systems that actually work. Kaz focuses on breaking down budgeting into practical weekly steps that fit around your actual life, not some ideal version of it.

Co-Founder & Learning Design

Spent years teaching financial literacy before realizing that most courses teach theory instead of practical habits. Rhett designs our programs around real scenarios and focuses on building confidence through small, consistent wins each week.

How We Work With You

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all financial advice. Instead, we help you build a weekly budgeting practice that matches your income pattern, spending habits, and actual goals.

Weekly Check-ins

Our programs include weekly touchpoints where you review what happened, adjust your approach, and plan for the next seven days. It's like having a budget buddy without the awkward coffee meetings.

Real Scenarios

We use examples from actual situations – unexpected car repairs, fluctuating work hours, kids' activities that suddenly cost more than expected. The messy stuff that textbooks skip over.

Flexible Frameworks

You'll learn core principles that work whether you're paid weekly, fortnightly, or irregularly. Then we help you adapt them to your specific situation instead of forcing you into a rigid system.

Join Our Next Learning Program

Our next eight-week program starts in September 2025. We work with small groups to keep things personal and give everyone space to ask questions about their specific situation.
